This option is used to set policies such as guarantee, cancellation, meal plan, fee, tax, commission, discount, etc. You can set up polices at this level that all your properties use so they do not have to be repeated for each property. Policies set here will be inherited by all the properties in this chain, but can be overridden at the property level. The setup instructions are the same as those performed at the property level.
