Note: Once you add a chain, it cannot be deleted. A chain can, however, be made inactive. To set a chain to inactive status, contact your system administrator.
The Tree lists your existing chains. Use this Tree to add more chains. Required fields are marked with a red asterisk ( * ) to the left of a field label.
To add a chain:
Click the Chains folder. The Chain List screen appears.
Select Add Chain. The Setup Chains screen appears.
Enter the name of the chain.
In the Web Code field, enter the name that is used in the URL for booking the chain.
If you want to use the look and feel from another brand, select that brand from the drop-down list.
Enter your administrator’s name and e-mail address and assign a password (refer to the password rules displayed on the screen).
Click Save Changes to add the chain (or Cancel to quit without saving.)
