To open the inventory setup window for either items
or rates , click
the 
(edit) icon in any calendar cell.
You can also display the inventory count for any calendar day by clicking the authorized inventory amount link.
The Inventory Calendar displays the availability of the currently selected inventory item.
To display a specific date range, enter the starting date in the date field or click the calendar icon to select a start date from the drop-down, then click Refresh.

This opens the Inventory Count pop-up window, which displays sold counts from both Blocked Sales (group sales) and Non-blocked Sales (general bookings) separately. If set, also displays the number of rooms designated as Do Not Sell and/or Out Of Order.
