Using the Sell Rules Calendar

The Sell Rules calendar displays restrictions applied to the selected inventory item. The calendar displays a hierarchy of restrictions with the most restrictive settings shown first.

What actions can I take?

1. To display a specific date range, enter the starting date in the date field, or click the Calendar icon to select the start date from the drop-down calendar, then click Refresh.

2. Click the (edit) icon in any calendar cell to open the sell rules setup window for either items or rates.

Sell Rule Symbols used in the Sell Rules Calendar:

• “I” – restriction was added/set at the Item level (Item Setup)

• “R” – restriction was added/set at the Rate level (Rate Setup)

• “R/I” – restriction was added/set at the Rate/Item intersection
