Use View On-Request to view your Pending Bookings. You can confirm or deny the booking requests using this screen.
Confirming On-Request Bookings
To confirm an on-request booking:
Click Confirm to the left of the booking you are confirming.
Note: An (Information) icon appears next to bookings when there is time remaining to confirm or deny on-request bookings. When you place your cursor over the icon, the time remaining is displayed. |
On the Confirm Bookings screen, in the Guest Message textbox, enter a confirmation message to your guest.
Click the Confirm Booking button.
The confirmation is sent and the booking is removed from the View On-Request screen and placed in your My Arrivals list.
Click the property name at the top of the screen to return to the Property Dashboard.
To deny an on-request booking:
Click Deny to the left of the booking you want to deny.
On the Deny Booking screen, from the Deny Reason drop-down list, select the reason for denying the request.
Guest Maximum is Exceeded: Number of guests had exceeded the Maximum Occupancy amount.
Property does not accept pets: Pets are not allowed on the property.
Property is not available: Property is either sold out or not available for booking on the date requested.
Unable to confirm for reasons specified: For reason specified in the Guest Message text box.
In the Guest Message textbox, enter an explanation to your guest for denying the booking request.
Click the Deny Booking button. The message is sent and the booking is removed from the View On Request screen.
Click the property name at the top of the screen to return to the Property Dashboard.
